Back in September 2017 I had great fun teaching Dr Alice Roberts how to dye with madder. She was making a series for Channel 4 -  Britain's Most Historic Towns - and Norwich was chosen as the Most Tudor Town (City)! The Norwich episode airs on Saturday 28 April at 8pm!
